  • 1. Guaranteed No Sale No Charge: In the unlikely event that we are unable to sell your property, there are absolutely NO Agents’ fees or marketing charges.
     
  • 2. Guaranteed Buyers Highest Price: Our team of trained negotiators avoid any method of sale that could potentially lose you money. With our use of the 'Buyers Price Declaration' you, as a seller, can be confident that any offer on your property has been negotiated to the Buyers’ highest price, and can then make an informed decision on whether to accept an offer. *Warning- sometimes offers can be well over the asking price!
     
  • 3. Guaranteed selling price: If the property sells for a price less than the range quoted (unless there is a valid reason agreed between the sellers and the Agent), the sellers will be released from any obligation to pay any commission.
     
  • 4. Guaranteed Security at Property Inspections: All buyers are qualified and appointed in advance.
